Typically, the interview and trial day process take one to two weeks, giving you ample time to get to know potential nannies thoroughly before making a decision.
Once you have selected a nanny, we assist you in finalizing all the details necessary for your nanny to begin supporting your family, including crafting a clear job description and arranging salary and benefit packages. This hands-on support streamlines the onboarding process and ensures a smooth transition.
After we place a nanny with your family, we offer additional services where we continue to support you with supervision and guidance as needed, helping to foster skill development and positive outcomes for your child.
