Anki is a board-certified behavior analyst with 28+ years of experience in ABA. Known for her compassionate, inclusive approach, she empowers families with practical, evidence-based strategies for daily challenges. She partners with parents and caregivers to create personalized plans that honor each child’s unique strengths. Beyond supporting neurodivergent children, Anki also helps families navigating behavioral obstacles without a diagnosis, and consults with educators and professionals to equip them to support every child’s growth and well-being.

Caity leads with connection. She manages recruitment and builds strong relationships with families, ensuring every placement feels like the right fit. Her passion is making sure both nannies and families feel supported every step of the way.

Caitlin McCracken has a Master's in Special Education and has worked at UCLA in the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. She specializes in ensuring families have a team of support for their child’s needs.

Carly oversees the heart of our operations, making sure everything runs smoothly for both families and nannies. With a background in childcare and administration, she brings organization, vision, and care into every detail of the agency.

Carly Esquerra has a Master’s degree in Psychology and has worked as a career nanny for neurodiverse children for 10 years. She has worked in a team setting providing specialized care for families throughout southern CA. She is a mom of 2 girls and has a passion for creating supportive communities for families. Carly also runs several successful Homeschool Enrichment Centers that focus on outsourcing classes for children and families in the homeschool world.
